Build fee is billed once at the start of the project. After 30 days of post-launch changes, the monthly covers hosting, uptime monitoring, security patches, minor tweaks (copy, image, button updates), and, on Pro / Pro Plus, the Ninetyfifth Marketing App and running automations. New pages, new sections, or larger redesigns are scoped separately.
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. If the monthly lapses, the website comes offline. You always own the code. We'll hand it off if you ever leave.
