We do SEO on sites we build, because the work is markup, speed, internal structure and the ability to add pages properly, and none of that is possible on a build we cannot control. So we rebuild it, and the rebuild is inside the $2,500 a month rather than on top of it. You keep your domain, your content and every URL worth keeping, mapped one to one before launch. If you want your current site optimised in place, we are the wrong shop and we will tell you that on the first call.

Yes. We deploy on enterprise grade hosting and manage your domain, DNS and SSL. Hosting, monitoring, security patches and small changes are bundled into a flat $50 a month maintenance fee on every website build. It is optional. Decline it and we hand off the code for you to host yourself.

Yes. Ad budget goes directly to Meta, never through us, and we never take a percentage of it. We charge a flat management fee from $2,500 a month. We recommend a minimum of $1,000 a month in ad budget on top of that for the data to mean anything.

Every retainer starts with a 90 day initial term. Most agencies ask for 6 to 12 months. We ask for 90 days because that is how long it honestly takes for this work to show up in your numbers. After day 90 the retainer continues month to month at the same price, with no renewal to sign and no new commitment. Website builds have no term at all: the build fee is one time and paid in full upfront.

Nothing changes except your freedom to leave. The retainer continues automatically at the same price, billed monthly, with no renewal notice and no rate increase. From day 91 you can end it at the close of any month.

Not for SEO. We take one SEO client per industry, per city. There is one first page of Google for your trade in your city, so taking both of you would mean being paid twice to move you past each other. Paid ads and websites are not exclusive, because an ad account is bought rather than won and a website is a build rather than a competitive position. If we already run ads for a direct competitor of yours, we will tell you before you sign.
